1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the h444 platform by an eligible individual player.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held within a player's h444 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by h444 as part of a promotion.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole transaction currency of the h444 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before any withdrawal is processed by h444.
• "Player" means any natural person who has completed registration and holds an active Account on h444.
• "Platform" means the h444 website accessible at https://h444.im, including all associated betting, casino, and account management features.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action defined as such under Clause 8 of these Terms & Conditions.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of h444 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. h444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all funds within such an Account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one Account on h444 at any one time. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate Accounts, and any Bonus Funds or winnings accumulated therein, will be voided upon discovery.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. It is your responsibility to keep this information current. h444 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect Account information provided by the Player.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

h444 is operated as an international offshore gaming platform and accepts players from Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction. h444 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific location within or outside Bangladesh.

3 Account Security & Verification

3.1 Responsibility for Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h444 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. h444 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

You must notify h444 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or if you notice any transactions that you did not initiate. h444 may temporarily suspend an Account while an investigation into suspected unauthorised access is conducted.

3.3 KYC Verification

h444 operates a mandatory KYC process for all Players prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires submission of a valid National Identity Document (NID) and may require proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. h444 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being placed may have the request cancelled.

3.4 Account Suspension During Investigation

h444 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or that any transaction associated with the Account is fraudulent, involves money laundering, or is connected to any other criminal activity.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

h444 accepts deposits made via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed exclusively in BDT. h444 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party transfers, or any payment method not listed in these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary depending on the payment method used and your Account verification status. Current deposit limits are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of each transaction.

4.3 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

Deposits may only be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. h444 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts for funding purposes. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered Account holder may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 No Deposits for Criminal Purpose

Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering, is strictly prohibited. h444 cooperates with relevant authorities and will report any suspected financial crime in accordance with applicable international anti-money-laundering standards.

5 Withdrawals & Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested from real-money Balance that has been derived from eligible completed deposits and betting activity. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. h444 reserves the right to request completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to your Account Balance.

5.3 Processing Times

Standard withdrawals to verified bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay accounts are processed within 30–60 minutes during Bangladesh business hours (08:00–22:00 BST). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity the following business day. Withdrawal requests to Visa and Mastercard accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

5.4 Withdrawal to Registered Payment Method Only

All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. h444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the Account.

5.5 Right to Review

h444 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of security checks, KYC review, or investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct. Players will be notified of any delay and given an estimated resolution timeframe where possible.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by h444 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times on eligible games or betting markets before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live betting markets at minimum odds below 1.50 — may not count toward Wagering Requirements. 6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated Wagering Requirement obligations expire 30 days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be automatically removed from the Account Balance.

6.4 Abuse of Bonuses

h444 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematic low-risk wagering inconsistent with normal player behaviour. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with h444.

6.5 One Welcome Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Players only, limited to one per person, one per household address, one per device, one per IP address, and one per payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

h444 reserves the right to decline any bet, limit the maximum stake on any event or market, or restrict any Account to lower stake limits at any time and without prior notice. The decision to accept, reject, or limit a bet rests solely with h444.

7.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of any technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), h444 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to the originating Account Balance. This applies regardless of whether the error was in the Player's favour or h444's favour. Winnings generated as a direct result of a palpable error may be reclaimed from the Player's Balance.

7.3 Game Rules

Each casino game, slot, live dealer game, and sports betting market on h444 is governed by its own specific game rules as provided by the respective software provider — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing any bet. h444 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand the applicable rules of a game.

7.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type and market. These are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of placing each bet. h444 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct on h444 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Balance in cases of serious breach:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the h444 platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other Players, casino staff, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting using h444 Bonus Funds.
• Depositing, transferring, or attempting to launder funds of criminal origin through the h444 platform.
• Accessing h444 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where h444 has determined that it cannot lawfully serve players.
• Sharing or selling Account access credentials with or to any third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward h444 staff via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

h444 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity. If you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, h444 encourages you to make use of the following tools available from within your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent future re-registration.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the h444 platform — including but not limited to the h444 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of h444 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the h444 platform or its content without the prior written consent of h444. Unauthorised use of h444 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unsuccessful bets or casino play.
• Losses caused by platform downtime, service interruption, or technical malfunction beyond h444's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses caused by reliance on inaccurate odds or game information where such inaccuracy constitutes a palpable error subsequently corrected under Clause 7.2.

h444's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

h444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the h444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12.2 Termination by h444

h444 may terminate or suspend your Account at any time, with or without cause, subject to returning any verified real-money Balance to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation or KYC process. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before the date of termination.

12.3 Termination by Player

You may close your h444 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h444 holds its international offshore gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law. h444 makes no representation that the platform or its services comply with the laws of Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction, and it remains your responsibility to ensure that your use of h444 is lawful in your location.
